Terms and Conditions:

1. No ticket exchange is allowed for any event.
2. The Organizer may postpone, cancel, or interrupt the event due to uncontrollable causes.
3. Event program, performers, timing, seating arrangements, and audience capacity subject to change without notice.
4. No photography, audio or video recording allowed during the performance or event.
5. Unauthorized ticket purchases and resales are prohibited, and the Organizer may cancel tickets not bought from authorized points of sale.
6. No refund for discounted tickets offered after the initial sale.
7. Ticket purchasers under 18 must have parental consent to buy tickets/merchandise.
8. The venue owner may refuse entry to disorderly persons or those without tickets, including infants.
9. Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break during the performance at the venue owner's discretion, but admission cannot be guaranteed.
10. Refunds only available if event postponed or canceled. Refund requests during the Refund Request Period with necessary information.
11. Complimentary tickets are not eligible for refunds.
12. Ticket handling fee will be charged for all purchases, and this fee is non-refundable.
